Gentle Cream Cleanser

This gentle cleansing formula utilizes The Herbarie’s Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate (SSL) and AquaEm! SSL functions as a skin conditioner and a lightly foaming cleanser along with SSI Pearl. AquaEm functions as an emollient along with Botanical Complex LSC, Olive Squalane, Vitamin E Acetate and Emulsifying Wax NF. The formula is preserved with Optiphen.

Part B
Herbarie Rose Hydrosol10.0% = 50 grams
Distilled Water44.0% = 220 grams
Part C
Optiphen1.5% = 7.5 grams
Clary Sage (or any skin appropriate eo)0.5% = 2.5 grams
Total100.0% = 500 grams

Procedures: Combine ingredients in Part A and heat until completely melted - approximately 170F. Combine ingredients in Part B and heat to approximately 170F. Add Part A and Part B together and begin mixing. When temperature reaches 120F or less, add Part C and continue to mix until cool-down. Finished product will be thick and creamy and can be packaged in jars.
