It is easy to use and clean with a full 15 pound (7000 gram) capacity, weighing in increments of 0.1 oz or 1 gram. This is an extremely durable scale with strong steel reinforced ABS plastic, and modular construction. It comes with a large acrylic bowl that holds 64 fluid ounces and is 7" x 7" in size (not for use in measuring essential or fragrance oils, please!).
