The Herbarie at Stoney Hill Farm is a family owned and operated business that strives for offering the best in services and products. Please carefully read our policies prior to ordering. If we are on the phone or away from the office, you may leave a message on our secure voice mail system.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, personal checks and money orders. We do not accept PayPal.


  • Orders must be pre-paid and a minimum of $50.00.
  • Flat Rate Shipping Charges for domestic orders (not including Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands:
    • Order total from $50 - $99.99 = $16.95 flat rate shipping charge.
    • Order total from $100  - $199.99 = $19.95 flat rate shipping charge.
    • Order total from $200 - $299.99 = $35.00 flat rate shipping charge
    • Order total from $300 - $399.99 = $40.00 flat rate shipping charge
    • Order total from $400+ TBD after order is packed and weighed
    • Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands = TBD after order is packed and weighed.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS only. Orders less than $300.00 will be shipped WITHOUT Signature Required unless specifically requested by customer via the Comments Section of the shopping cart. The Signature Required option will be used for ALL orders $300.00 or greater. We no longer ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • UPS expedited shipping options are available (Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) and must be indicated in the comments section of the shopping cart.
  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If it is necessary for us to ship an order immediately please let us know. There will be a fee of $10.00 for all RUSH orders in addition to regular shipping charges.
  • We typically ship two days each week unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on UPS designated holidays.
  • We do not ship outside the USA or Canada.


  • Orders must be prepaid and a minimum of $200.00.
  • Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Standard.
  • For Canadian customers, there will be a $25.00 handling charge in addition to the UPS shipping fees and brokerage fees.
  • The Herbarie is not be responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees.
  • We will ship orders to Freight Forwarders such as MyUS.com. But once package is received by MyUs.com, The Herbarie will no longer be responsible for the package.
  • Shipping costs will be determined after order is packed and weighed.

Online customers will receive an auto confirmation when the order is placed. Please carefully review this confirmation to make certain all information is correct. We are not responsible for customer error.

We are happy to accept phone orders, but we cannot accept responsibility for phone order errors. For accuracy, we prefer all orders be placed online via our secure shopping cart.

We reserve the right to charge a $10.00 restocking fee for credit cards that are declined.

Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
