Silky Soft SugarMulse™ Lotion

Silky Soft SugarMulse Lotion is skin-softening with a silky feel. SugarMulse™ emulsions are bright white, have excellent stability and lovely rheology.
Organic Golden Jojoba Oil, Organic Shea Butter, and Calendula Extract OS condition and smooth dry skin. SymGlucan offers superb moisturization and conditioning.
Leucidal Liquid is a plant based preservative that serves as the primary antimicrobial in this formula. Rosemary Antioxidant CO2 is an excellent antioxidant and offers some antimicrobial activity as well.
All ingredients work together to make a light, but conditioning lotion with a soft non-greasy feel.

-In a stainless steel container, combine all ingredients in Part A (except HEC – weigh and set aside) and heat to 175F/79C (or until solids melt) on stovetop or other heat source. When solids have melted, remove from heat. Disperse HEC into hot oils.
-In a separate stainless stee container, combine all ingredients in Part B at room temperature and heat to 175F/79C.
-Add Part B to Part A and begin mixing with a high shear mixer such as a stick blender. Continue to mix as emulsion forms and cools to 120F/48C. When temperature reaches 120F/48C switch from high shear to stir tool such as hand held whisk. When emulsion cools to 100F/37C add Part C ingredients with mixing. Package in lotion bottles with pump or dispensing cap.
