Silicone EM is an emulsifier for water in silicone emulsions. Water in silicone emulsions are often used to make silicone-based skin care serums. Skin care serums can serve as a delivery system for active ingredients.
Silicone EM is miscible with other silicones, vegetable oils and emollient esters.
For water in silicone emulsions and skin care serums, combine with co-emulsifier Raspberry Dimethicone WS. Silicone based skin care serums offer a light, silky feel.
