We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, personal checks and money orders. Our USA order minimum is $30.00. Our International Order minimum is $100.00.

Our Shopping Cart does not automatically estimate shipping costs. Very often “real-time” shipping charges are over-estimated and the customer may end up spending more than is necessary for shipping. We feel that our customers are better served by using exact shipping costs. These exact shipping costs are based on the actual size and weight of each package. Therefore, we will not know the exact shipping cost until the order is packed, weighed and processed. We will send a complete statement with each order.

Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

• Orders must be pre-paid and a minimum of $30.00.

We typically ship UPS Ground since it is the most economical and reliable service available. UPS expedited shipping options are available through our shopping cart. All US orders that are shipped via UPS are guaranteed.

• We typically ship UPS orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on UPS designated holidays.

We will ship via the US Postal Service upon request. There will be an additional $10.00 Handling and Insurance charge for all domestic orders that are shipped with the US Postal Service.

• Please note that we cannot ship essential oils or other volatile products to any address via USPS.

USPS shipping days vary upon need.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We will ship either UPS or USPS at customer request.

• There will be a $10.00 handling charge for international orders shipped via UPS.

•There will be a $25.00 Insurance and Handling charge for international orders shipped via USPS. These charges are in addition to the shipping fees charged by the carrier.

• The Herbarie will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees.
