Our PhytoActive Toning Elixer features The Herbarie hydrosols and Phyto Active Botanical Extracts in a lovely all-natural formula! Rose Hydrosol, Melissa Hydrosol, and Cucumber Extract are gently astringent and refreshing. Chamomile Hydrosol/Extract and Plantago Extract are soothing and offer anti-inflammatory benefits as well. The phyto-sinergy of Rose Phytolate is excellent for all skin types, but particular useful for anti-aging formulations. Tamarind Seed Extract is a plant derived alternative to hyalauronic acid which offers superior skin hydration and moisturization. This easy to make, all natural formula can be used as a finishing toner /elixir for oily or acne prone skin or as an intermediate hydrating toner/elixir for normal to dry skin to be followed by a cream or lotion.

Amount 35% = 175 grams 20.5% = 102.5 grams 10% = 50 grams 10% = 50 grams 10% = 50 grams 10% = 50 grams 4.0% = 20 grams 0.5% = 2.5 grams 100.0% = 500 grams

-Combine ingredients and package.

-For a thickened "serum-like" product, add 1.0-3.0% UltraMaize to finished formula. Increase preservative - Cosmocil CQ - from 0.5% to 1.0%.
