Lemongrass and Myrtle Bath Gel

Herbal fresh, green-citrus – Lemongrass & Myrtle! This simple, cold-mix bath gel formula features The Herbarie’s natural thickener – MaizeThix! MaizeThix functions synergistically with GuarSilk to increase viscosity and provide light conditioning. Our ultra-mild surfactants – Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Polyglucose/Lactylate Blend provide gentle cleansing with very good foaming. AquaEm provides emolliency without compromising foam or clarity. AquaEm also serves to solubilize the essential oils into the formula.

Ingredient Part A Distilled Water MaizeThix GuarSilk Part B Cocomidopropyl Betaine Polyglucose/Lactylate Blend dl Panthenol Hydrolyzed Oats Part C AquaEm *Lemongrass & Myrtle Essential Oils Optiphen ND Total

Amount 51.0% = 255 grams 5.0% = 25 grams 0.2% = 1 grams 10.0% = 50 grams 25.0% = 125 grams 2.0% = 10 grams 2.0% = 10 grams 3.0% = 15 grams 1.0% = 5 grams 0.8% = 4 grams 100.0% = 500 grams

Part A: Dry-mix MaizeThix and GuarSilk. Add to Distilled Water with mixing. Mix well and set aside to hydrate for 15 minutes. MaizeThix/GuarSilk will form a very thick paste-like consistency.

Part B: Add ingredients one by one to Part A with gentle mixing.

Part C: Combine AquaEm with Essential Oils and Optiphen ND with gentle mixing. Add portion of combined PartA/B to AquaEm/Essential Oil mixture. Package
