Lavender Essential Oil - High Alpine is obtained from Lavandula officinalis that is grown and steam distilled at high altitudes in the French Alps. Lavender Essential Oil - High Alpine is useful in aromatherapy for its soothing, sedative, antidepressant, cleansing, relaxing, and calming characteristics. The scent is clean and fresh.
Lavender essential oils have been traditionally used in skin care for inflammations, acne, insect bites, burns, sunburn, and eczema. This oil can be used alone or in combination with others such as clary sage, sandalwood, rose geranium. Even though Lavender Essential Oils are among the least sensitizing or irritating, we recommend dilution for use in skin care and do not recommend using neat on skin.
