Glyceryl Stearate  Excellent non-ionic low HLB emulsifier and emulsion stabilizer. Good emollient, opacifier and viscosity builder in emulsions. To make oil in water emulsions must be used with another emulsifier (high HLB), such as polysorbate 20 or ceteareth 20.
