This water-soluble complex can be used alone as a final hair rinse or it can be utilized as an ingredient in formulations for shampoo and conditioner. Peppermint, Yucca, Horsetail, Nettle, and Melissa extracts are stimulating and toning for the scalp and hair This complex can be added to the water phase and heated.
